Project Background
When premium menswear retailer TheDesignerBox set out to create a packaging experience as sharp as their style, they came to us to make it happen. Their goal was to build a consistent brand identity across every layer of packaging - primary, secondary, and tertiary - while sticking to their sleek two-colour palette and streamlining the fulfilment process.
Their previous packaging solution fell short, with poor box quality and basic single-colour printing that didn’t reflect the premium nature of their products. With luxury being a core part of TheDesignerBox's brand, it was essential that the new packaging not only looked premium but also felt premium.
Our Solution
We created a standout packaging solutions for TheDesignerBox including a custom corrugated cardboard e-com shipping box and a luxury gift box, both powered by our clever FoldForm structure. This space-saving design makes fulfilment a breeze with quick, easy assembly. From the start, sustainability was a priority. Every element, including the glassine garment bags, is fully recyclable and plastic-free, perfectly reflecting the brand’s eco-conscious ethos.
We worked closely with the client throughout the process, including design, production, warehousing, and stock call-offs for optimised stock control, while also developing a volumetrically optimised e-commerce shipping box for both UK and international delivery, helping to reduce carriage costs without compromising quality.

Using premium materials, considered design and high-impact print finishes, we developed a cohesive range of packaging that embodied TheDesignerBox's refined aesthetic.
