Project Background
Ruffians, an award-winning barber shop offering a selection of high-quality styling products, wanted to create six festive gift sets featuring different combinations of its grooming products.
It required a flexible packaging solution with interchangeable fitments and multiple outer sleeves to accommodate the various products. With a tight four-week deadline, we successfully delivered high-quality, adaptable packaging - all in time for Christmas!
Our Solution
Our team developed a versatile packaging solution for Ruffians, allowing multiple product combinations to be housed while maintaining a premium brand presentation. To ensure a high-quality finish, two print processes were used - lithography for the outer sleeves and screen printing for the inner boxes, delivering an impeccable Pantone colour match and a durable finish.
Close collaboration with the client ensured the final packaging was completed in time for the busy festive period, ready to be purchased as gifts.
Results and Impact
By designing a versatile box with interchangeable fitments, material waste was minimised while maintaining a premium, luxurious feel! The combination of litho-printed outer sleeves and screen-printed inner boxes not only ensured a flawless Pantone colour match - ensuring precise brand consistency - but also enhanced the durability and perceived quality of the packaging.
With the final solution delivered within the tight turnaround, Ruffians were able to capitalise on peak sales - a success all round!
