Project Background
Samuel Heath came to us with a clear goal, which was to elevate their presentation boxes to better reflect the premium quality of their brand. They were ready to move away from printed laminated finishes in favour of coloured, textured papers that feel more refined and luxurious.
The brief was to create a bespoke packaging solution that would not only look sophisticated but also securely hold and display their metal samples. Our solution was a custom box with precision-cut foam fitments that kept each sample perfectly in place - combining protection with presentation, and delivering an experience worthy of the product inside.
Our Solution
To bring Samuel Heath’s vision to life, we crafted a hinged lid magnetic catch box using sturdy 2000mic greyboard, wrapped in luxe Fedrigoni dark grey Savile Row paper, and lined with Winters Wibalin Natural Gold - a premium combo! Both papers were beautifully foil blocked with Samuel Heath’s branding, adding that perfect touch of elegance.
We didn’t stop there. During prototyping, we made sure the foam fitments were chemically non-reactive to keep those metal samples safe from tarnishing on their journey. And to top it off, we designed a custom corrugated wrap to give the whole package extra protection in transit, so it arrives looking flawless and ready to impress.

The finished packaging didn’t just meet expectations - it took Samuel Heath’s presentation boxes to the next level. By blending luxury materials with smart, functional design, we helped showcase their premium brand identity while making the unboxing experience truly memorable.
