Greggs
PR & Influencer Packaging
Industry: Food & Drink and Health & Beauty
Project Background
When two brands as unexpected and instantly recognisable as Greggs and Sephora come together, the packaging has one job: stop people scrolling.
Created as part of a standout influencer campaign, Greggs approached Odillo to develop PR packaging that felt bold, playful and highly shareable across social platforms. The objective was to create a piece that influencers would want to open on camera and audiences would instantly recognise, while staying true to the identity of both brands.
Alongside creating a strong visual impact, the project also needed to be delivered within a tight production timeline typical of PR campaigns, without compromising on finish or functionality.
Solutions
Working closely with the client, we developed a bespoke hinged lid presentation box designed to create maximum impact during unboxing and content creation.
The structure incorporated an internal mounted mirror alongside custom fitments, allowing the products and pastries to be presented clearly while ensuring effortless access and display. Bold collaborative branding across the box brought together the identities of Greggs and Sephora in a way that felt playful, recognisable and tailored to the campaign.
Due to the nature of the pastries being housed inside the packaging, laminated inserts were specified to help protect against grease marks and maintain presentation quality throughout handling and delivery.
The project moved from concept through to production within a tight timeline, which required close collaboration across design, manufacturing and logistics to ensure delivery deadlines were met for the campaign launch.
The perfect unboxing moment
This project travelled fast across socials. It was exactly the kind of packaging influencers want to open on camera - and audiences want to watch!
