Strathberry

Industry: Apparel

Product: Corrugated shipping box and contrasting tissue paper

Project Background

Strathberry, the luxury designer handbag and fashion accessories brand, approached Odillo looking to develop a sustainable e-commerce packaging solution for its cashmere clothing range.

The objective was to create packaging that reflected the premium quality of the collection while maintaining a clean and understated aesthetic. Alongside the corrugated shipping box, the client wanted a bespoke tissue paper that complemented a custom fabric developed specifically for the range.

A key challenge of this project was achieving an exact colour match of tissue paper to the bespoke fabric. This required three rounds of press testing and refinement to ensure the final result accurately reflected the intended colour and texture, creating a seamless connection between the product and its packaging.

Solutions

From an initial client visit through to final production, the process involved many touchpoints and collaboration to achieve the finished product.

Working closely with the Strathberry team, we created a simple branded e-commerce shipping box paired with bespoke contrasting tissue paper designed specifically for the collection launch.

The project focused on creating consistency between the packaging and custom fabric used within the range, resulting in a finish with a distinctive look and feel that elevated the overall presentation.

FSC-approved materials were used throughout, supporting the client’s sustainability goals while maintaining the premium quality expected from a luxury brand.

Results and impact

The final packaging solution delivered a refined and cohesive e-commerce experience that reflected the quality and craftsmanship of the cashmere collection.

Every element worked together seamlessly, reinforcing Strathberry’s luxury positioning while supporting a more sustainable approach to packaging.
