We have a 5 step process, designed to make it easy for our clients. To ensure that you have a clear understanding of what to expect when collaborating with us, we have created a Customer Journey timeline.

We offer flexibility within these steps to suit you. This can include options such as virtual meetings, sample packs for inspiration, mock-ups, or in-person consultations - whatever best suits your needs.

 How we work

1. Discovery

Here we find out more about your project. We'll work to get a clear understanding of your requirements, including discussing the budget, timeline, and personnel involved in the project.

 

2. Quotation

After the initial discussion, we'll provide you with a quote. We'll then follow up with you to confirm that you're satisfied with the price and specifications, and to discuss payment terms.

3. Sampling

We can create a prototype to show size, style and function. While we can also produce a printed prototype, please note that there is a cost associated with this service. Before we can create a cutter guide for artwork creation, we'll need confirmation of your order.

4. Production

Once the samples are approved, we'll review and confirm the final details before moving forward with production. An order acknowledgement will outline the lead times, and we'll also send you a final PDF proof for approval. If this is your first order, a proforma payment will be required (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

5. Delivery

We offer the option to either deliver your order in full or arrange storage and a call-off schedule at your convenience. Additionally, we can provide regular stock reports and alerts for minimum stock levels. Following the delivery, we'll follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction, and we welcome any feedback you may have.
