  • In this phase, we delve into the details of your project. We'll strive to fully understand your needs, including budget, timeline, and the team involved.

  • Following our initial conversation, we'll generate a comprehensive quote for your review. We'll reach out to confirm that the pricing and specifications meet your expectations and to go over the payment terms.

  • We can develop a prototype to demonstrate the size, style, and functionality of your packaging.

  • After you approve the samples, we'll finalise all details and proceed with production. You'll receive an order acknowledgment outlining the lead times, along with a final PDF proof for your approval.

  • You can choose to have your order delivered in full or opt for storage with a flexible call-off schedule. We also provide regular stock reports and alerts when stock levels are low.
