Batch LDN, the premium menswear and womenswear brand known for its sharp tailoring and standout handmade staples, wanted packaging that felt just as elevated as their garments. We created a bespoke, simplistic unboxing experience that turned logistics into luxury.
With craftsmanship and quality at the heart of everything they do, the packaging had to walk the walk. Sophisticated, functional and thoughtfully designed. We set out to craft a custom box that could safely ship their suit carriers, ensuring the products remained protected throughout transite. The result was a functional packaging solution that not only upheld their branding but also offered practical benefits - delivering a seamless, elevated experience from dispatch to delivery.
Our Solution
Crumpled suit carriers? Not on our watch! To keep things crisp, we designed a custom-sized shipping box with a clever built-in hook so the suits could travel upright, crease-free, and ready to impress. It was a smart, simple tweak that elevated both protection and presentation, making the unboxing experience feel more premium.
Sustainability was just as important as style. That’s why the boxes were made from FSC-certified, fully recyclable corrugated cardboard, providing an eco-conscious solution without cutting corners on quality. From initial discussions to final sign-off, the process was a true collaboration. Two rounds of prototyping and refinement led to a tailor-made solution that ticked every box - functional, on-brand and on time.
Results and Impact
No creases, no complaints. By keeping each suit perfectly hung during transit, the new packaging helped reduce the risk of damage and returns. The custom-fit box meant less waste and no unnecessary extras, keeping things clean, lean and eco-friendly.
